Yeah, photo-flo is bascially an emulsifing agent... which makes water 'wetter' and less cohesive... so it drys more uniformly.

While soap is an emulsifying agent, it could be harmful to your film depending on the type of soap you use...

I removed my waterspots with a drop of unscented original dawn dish soap... but I would probably trust photo-flo much more.
